Information for remote speakers and poster presenters
1. Event Details
- Date and Time: 16-18 October, 2024
- Lecture times are based on Central European Summer Time, CEST (UTC+2).
- Agenda: You are kindly requested to find your speaking slot in the programme.
2. Technical Requirements
- Equipment: Please use a high-quality microphone and webcam, and ensure a stable internet connection.
- Software: Please ensure that you have the latest version of Zoom installed.
3. Preparation Guidelines
- Presentation Format: Preferred format for slides: PowerPoint
- Backup Plan: please pre-record your presentation and send it to ezham@altagra.hu
Guidelines:
- 16:9 presentation aspect ratio
- Horizontal orientation
- Font size: at least 28 pt
- Please avoid using tables with small text, optimize the presentation for projection
- Minimum HD quality
- Accepted formats: MP4, AVI
4. Joining Instructions
- You can follow the course of the conference via Youtube. We will share the link closer to the dates.
- Login Time: Please join the session 15 minutes early to test audio, video, and screen sharing on the advised Zoom link.
You will be able to communicate with the technician via chat.
